Refund policy

 

AED MegaMart will provide a refund for merchandise returned within 30-days.  No explanation required.  Product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.

Initiating a Return

You may start a return by email to sales@aedmegamart.com or phone to 1-833-355-MEGA.  We’ll send a pre-paid UPS shipping label to facilitate the return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Incorrect Items, Damages, and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.  We will not accept returns for these or any other reasons after 30 days have passed.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received / inspected a return and processed a refund.  Where possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.  In situations where our payment processor is unable to issue a refund, AED MegaMart may chose to issue a refund by check.
