HeartStart FRx AED
The Philips HeartStart FRx automated external defibrillator (AED) provides step-by-step voice instructions and CPR guidance, along with an audible metronome for pacing. Pre-connected SMART Pads II are compatible with both adult and pediatric use. The device features a rugged, lightweight design built to withstand challenging environments and temperature conditions.

Patented technology. Step-by-step voice prompts and CPR guidance. An optional infant/child key adjusts energy settings and instructions for child mode operation.
Durable design. Lightweight and rugged, the Philips HeartStart FRx defibrillator can withstand rough handling, extreme temperatures, and dusty or wet surfaces. Designed for use in harsh settings, it can withstand up to 500 kg (1,100 lbs) and drops from 1.2 m (4 ft).
Simple Operation. 1) Press the green On/Off button to activate voice instructions and visual icons. 2) Apply the pads as directed. 3) Follow device prompts.
Simplified maintenance. Pre-connected SMART Pads II can be used for both adults and children. Once installed and activated, the FRx is easy to maintain. It performs a series of automatic self-tests, daily, weekly, and monthly to check pad status and verify functionality and calibration of circuits and systems. It can last up to four years between battery replacements.
